1. Eligibility

AugmentedLLMs provides uncensored, explicit content intended for mature, consenting adults.

2.2 Consent

By using our Services, you acknowledge awareness of, and give consent to, viewing and interacting with explicit content.

2.3 Regional Restrictions

If explicit content is deemed offensive, illegal, or otherwise restricted in your region, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

3. Tokens (Credits)

3.1 Purchase Requirement

Access to our AI chat application requires you to purchase tokens (credits).

3.2 Token Balance

Your token balance is displayed in your account. Manage your tokens wisely—they're your credits to chat with our AI.

3.3 Token Usage

Spend tokens to connect to and interact with our AI chat service.

3.4 Usage Limitations

• Personal Use: Tokens are non-transferable and intended for your personal use.
• Prohibited Actions: Sharing, resale, or misuse of tokens is strictly forbidden.
• Termination: Violations may lead to loss of token privileges and account suspension without refund.

Note: All policies are subject to change.

4. Payments

4.1 All Sales Final

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued, except as explicitly stated under Section 10 (Refund and Remedy Policy).

4.2 Alternative Remedies

At our sole discretion, we may provide limited remedies, such as a replacement API key in the event of verified technical issues directly attributable to our Services.

4.3 Payment Processor

Payment statements may display under the name NPX Computers.

5. Device Liability

5.1 Third-Party Devices

Our Services enable connectivity with third-party devices, including sex toys. We do not manufacture, test, or certify these devices.

5.2 Disclaimer of Liability

AugmentedLLMs is not responsible for:

• Device Malfunctions: Any damage or malfunction of third-party devices, including but not limited to hardware or software failures.
• Physical or Psychological Harm: Injuries, mental distress, or other harm arising from the use or misuse of connected devices.
• Improper Usage: Any use of devices contrary to manufacturer guidelines or local laws.

5.3 Assumption of Risk

Use of any connected device is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for following all safety instructions and manufacturer guidelines.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

6.1 Minimal Data Retention

We do not retain personal data from users beyond what is necessary for transactional or authentication purposes (e.g., confirming a purchase or verifying an API key).

6.2 Non-Identifiable Data

We may collect non-identifiable, aggregated data (e.g., server performance metrics) solely for operational or analytical improvements.

6.3 No Sale or Sharing of Sensitive Data

We do not store or sell any data related to device usage, user conversations, or personal details. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy (if applicable).

7. Prohibited Uses

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site or Services for or in connection with:

• Illegal Conduct: Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Harassment or Abuse: Engaging in harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening behavior.
• Security Breaches: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in our Site, Services, or associated systems.
• Offensive/Illegal Content: Uploading or distributing content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.

7.2 Consequences

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and Services immediately and without notice for any violations, without refund or other remedy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 As Is / As Available

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our AI models or third-party device integrations, nor compatibility with all devices.

8.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that using AI services and any connected devices involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Liability for Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AugmentedLLMs and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Financial Loss: Loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether arising from contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

9.2 Cap on Damages

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid for your API key or the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Refund and Remedy Policy

10.1 All Sales Final

All payments for API keys and other Services are non-refundable.

10.2 Possible Remedies

In limited circumstances—such as verifiable technical errors directly caused by our Services— we may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative remedies (e.g., replacement API keys).

10.3 Request Process

To inquire about possible remedies, you must contact our support team via our official Discord server (see Section 13) and provide detailed evidence of the issue.

11. Governing Law

11.1 Applicable Laws

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of AugmentedLLMs, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these ToS shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through communication with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Modifications

12.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated ToS on our Site.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the Site or Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use.
