Billing and Renewal: Premium subscriptions operate on monthly recurring billing cycles. Important terms:
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends
- Cancellation Policy: Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Token Persistence: Unused tokens remain available until your subscription period expires
- No Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
- Uniform Pricing: All users pay the same subscription rate regardless of geographic location
3.3 Token Usage and Limitations
- Personal Use Only: Tokens are non-transferable and for individual account use only
- Usage Tracking: Token consumption varies by feature (text chat, voice calls, image generation)
- No Cash Value: Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Expiration: Unused tokens expire at the end of your subscription period
- Abuse Prevention: Automated or excessive usage may result in token limitations or account suspension

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Our Services utilize third-party AI models through OpenRouter and other providers. Important disclosures:
- Data Processing: Your conversations may be processed by multiple AI model providers
- No Direct Relationship: You have no direct agreement with AI model providers
- Model Limitations: AI models may be discontinued, modified, or become unavailable
- Quality Variance: Different AI models may produce varying quality responses
- Provider Changes: We may change AI providers without notice, affecting service quality
5.2 Voice Processing Services
Voice features utilize Google Cloud Text-to-Speech services:
- Google Processing: Voice requests are processed by Google Cloud services
- Biometric Data: Voice interactions may create biometric identifiers
- Service Dependency: Voice features depend on Google service availability
- Audio Content: Some voices may include licensed voice actor content used with permission
5.3 Service Interruptions
Our Services depend on multiple third-party providers. Service disruptions may occur due to:
- AI model provider outages or discontinuation
- Google Cloud service interruptions
- Payment processor maintenance or issues
- Internet connectivity or server problems
- Regulatory changes affecting service providers
6. Data Usage and Privacy Overview

- Sentient Mode Profiles: Sexual preference data is encrypted

- Device Tampering: Modify, hack, or misuse connected devices in ways that could cause harm
- Account Sharing: Share account credentials, subscription access, or device controls with others
- Commercial Use: Use Services for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution
- Data Mining: Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from our Services
- False Identity: Impersonate others or provide false age verification information
- Harassment: Use AI characters to practice or simulate harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
7.2 Content Violations
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Any content involving minors or age-play scenarios
- Non-consensual or revenge-based sexual content
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Hate speech, discrimination, or extremist ideologies
- Copyright-infringing material or unauthorized reproductions
7.3 Immediate Termination
Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without warning, refund, or appeal process. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. Strong Disclaimer of Warranties

Regarding AI-generated content and responses:
- No Accuracy Guarantee: AI responses may be factually incorrect, biased, or harmful
- Unpredictable Behavior: AI may generate unexpected, inappropriate, or dangerous content
- No Human Oversight: AI responses are not reviewed or approved by humans before delivery
- Hallucination Risk: AI may generate convincing but entirely false information
- Bias and Discrimination: AI responses may reflect societal biases or discriminatory views
8.3 Service Dependency Risks
Our Services depend entirely on third-party providers who may discontinue services, change terms, increase costs, or fail without notice. You acknowledge and accept these dependency risks as inherent to our service model.
9. Maximum Limitation of Liability
9.1 Complete Liability Exclusion
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Synsual, its owner, contractors, service providers, and any affiliated parties SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR HARM OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to:
- Physical Harm: Injuries, permanent disability, disfigurement, or death from device use
- Psychological Harm: Mental trauma, addiction, relationship damage, or emotional distress
- Financial Losses: Loss of money, income, profits, business opportunities, or investments
- Property Damage: Device breakage, home damage, or destruction of personal property
- Privacy Violations: Data breaches, identity theft, or unauthorized disclosure
- Reputation Damage: Harm to personal or professional reputation from AI-generated content
- Legal Consequences: Fines, lawsuits, criminal charges, or legal costs from service use
- Relationship Harm: Damage to marriages, partnerships, or family relationships
9.2 Specific High-Risk Disclaimers
We specifically disclaim liability for:
- AI Hallucinations: Any harm from inaccurate, misleading, or dangerous AI responses
- Device Malfunctions: Injuries or damage from connected device failures or misuse
- Addiction and Dependency: Psychological harm from compulsive use of AI services
- Third-Party Actions: Any actions by AI model providers, device manufacturers, or other services
- Data Loss: Loss of conversations, memories, account data, or payment information
- Service Interruptions: Damages from service outages, maintenance, or discontinuation
9.3 Damage Cap for Unincorporated Business
ABSOLUTE LIABILITY LIMIT: If any liability cannot be legally excluded, our total liability for all claims is strictly limited to the amount you paid for subscription services in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident, with a maximum cap of $100 USD total, regardless of the number or severity of claims.
9.4 Time Limitations
Any claims must be brought within 60 days of the incident. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.
10. No Refund Policy
10.1 Strict No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of AI services and adult content, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with AI responses or service quality
- Changes in personal circumstances or financial hardship
- Service outages, technical issues, or temporary unavailability
- Account termination for Terms of Service violations
- Changes to service features, pricing, or terms
- Third-party service provider changes or discontinuation
10.2 Limited Service Credits
In extraordinary circumstances involving prolonged service outages directly caused by our systems (not third-party providers), we may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits equal to the pro-rated subscription time lost. This is our only remedy.
10.3 Dispute Resolution
Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. All support requests must be submitted through our official Discord server. We do not provide phone, email, or in-person support.
11. Business Structure and Indemnification
11.1 Unincorporated Business Notice
Important: Synsual operates as an unincorporated business. This service structure provides limited legal protections and financial backing compared to incorporated entities. Users assume increased risk when engaging with unincorporated businesses.
11.2 User Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY Synsual and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or generate through our Services
- Your use of connected devices or any resulting injuries
- Claims by your family members, partners, or others affected by your service use
11.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, natural disasters, government actions, or AI model provider discontinuation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 Applicable Laws
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law where Synsual operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to jurisdiction in courts of competent jurisdiction for Synsual's location.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal action, you must attempt to resolve disputes through our Discord support channel for at least 30 days. Failure to complete this process voids any legal claims.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. All disputes must be resolved individually.
13. Terms Modifications and Updates
13.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Given the experimental nature of AI technology, terms may be updated frequently to address new risks and legal requirements.
13.2 Notification and Acceptance
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, your only remedy is to discontinue service use immediately.
13.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to become enforceable.
14. Support and Emergency Procedures
14.1 Limited Support Channel

14.2 Emergency Device Shutoff
CRITICAL: If a connected device malfunctions or causes injury:
- Immediately disconnect the device from power and your body
- Close the application to stop all commands
- Seek medical attention if injured
- Do not contact us for medical emergencies - call emergency services
14.3 No Guaranteed Response
Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response times. We may not respond to all requests, particularly those involving violations of these terms or requests for refunds.
Acknowledgment: By using Synsual, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
